The hotel provided a buffet breakfast that sufficiently met my needs. My room was clean, a feature I always appreciate. The hotel's location is within walking distance of Roma Termini station (about 10 to 15 minutes).

The room proved quite noisy. I could hear neighbors speaking and using the facilities. The general condition of the room seemed a bit dated, with cracks on the ceiling. The bathroom felt very cramped. The shower was not suitable for larger individuals.

the private transfer from the airport was convenient , with the driver waiting for me. it took about 45 minutes to reach the hotel. they held my bags for a few hours. i was able to start sightseeing early.

the staff at the front desk were friendly. they were helpful when i needed directions. the location was convenient, close to many restaurants. i had no issues walking to local attractions.

the bathroom needed work. i noticed mold on the ceiling, i didn't like that. there was no kettle in the room. getting hot water from reception was inconvenient.

I loved the courtyard. It felt so safe. i also found the restaurants nearby very convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful. i enjoyed the spacious and clean family room, it did not feel crowded at all. Housekeeping came every day, that was a big plus!

Breakfast lacked variety. I hoped for more options like muesli.

The location allows easy walks to many attractions. It is about 20 minutes to the trevi fountain. the hotel benefits from plenty of nearby dining options and is close to bus stops. a metro station is within a reasonable walking distance too.
